Making a report
To make a report you must make a query first.
1) Go to create
2)Click on query design
3)Add the table and close the pop up
4)Double click the title of the table and drag and drop the contents of the pop up
5)Underneath the tick boxes type what you want to search for
6) Click run

Creating calculated fields
1) Click in the column you want
2) Click builder
3) Check if the
expression categories has all the names of your other columns if not close
the query and reopen it
4) Double click
the fields you need and add the symbol you need (+-*/)

Click OK
6) Check your calculation works and go back into the
query.
7)Delete the text EXPR1 KEEP THE COLON! Type in the name.
8)click
property sheet and change the properties needed e.g the currency from £ to
$
